How to make a better, healthier snack

I’ve always been a sucker for healthy snacks.

I’ve even made homemade peanut butter cookies, chocolate chips, and popcorn.

But my favorite snack is usually peanut butter.

I like to snack on peanut butter because it’s low in fat and calories, it’s creamy, and it’s a delicious treat.

And it tastes so much better than anything else.

Here’s how to make your own homemade peanut-butter peanut butter peanut butter sandwich: 1.

Blend the peanut butter with all the other ingredients (except for the peanuts) in a blender until smooth.


Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.


Add the peanut-and-nut mixture to the bowl.


Spread the peanut mixture on a piece of bread and press down firmly to seal the sandwich in place.


Repeat with remaining ingredients, pressing firmly to form a tight seal.
