After weeks of experimentation, I finally got it just right, and it turned out to be an amazing sauce.
After experimenting, I’ve realised I can’t just add some herbs or herbs extracts to my recipe.
Instead, I need to be able to add some flavour to my sauce, to give it a different flavour profile.
The result is a vegan pasta wine that’s a delight to taste, and that’s what we’re going to be making today.
Vegan wine, the stuff that makes you cry, is a popular and trendy food, and there are plenty of options out there for making it.
For the purpose of this recipe, I’m going to use a blend of herbs and spices, so it will be a vegan wine that doesn’t require any added flavouring.
